SeniorSolver is built so you can use it without telling us who you are.
Your answers stay on your device
Answers to the home safety check and the benefits questionnaire are saved only in your browser's local storage, so you can come back to them. They are never sent to SeniorSolver, to analytics or to anyone else. Clearing your browser's site data, or pressing "Start over", deletes them.
The PDF report is made in your browser. It is not uploaded anywhere.
Analytics
We use Umami, a cookieless analytics service, to count page views and a short list of actions, such as starting or finishing a questionnaire or clicking a program's phone number or website. These events never include your answers, income, age, health or eligibility results.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site.
If you email us, including through the "Report incorrect information" link, we receive what you send and your email address, and use them only to reply and to correct the site.
What we never do
- Sell or share your answers or personal information with advertisers or anyone else.
- Build profiles from financial, health or eligibility answers.
- Ask for contact details to show you results.
Changes
If the site adds advertising or any feature that changes what is collected, this page will be updated first.
